01 — Synthesis of Silicone Modified Polyurethane Resin

FM-DA series, since it has hydroxy groups, can form urethane bonds by reacting with various isocyanates.

02 — Synthesis of Silicone Modified Acrylic Resin

FM-07 series can be polymerized with various vinyl monomers since it has a methacryloxy group.

  • Antifouling Properties
  • Water/ Oil Repellency

Silicone modified acrylic resin has water and oil repellency and can be used as an alternative to PFAS.

03 — Use of Silaplane™(Silicone) as filler dispersant

As a filler dispersant with silicone resins, Silaplane™ FM-04/FM-0815J significantly reduces the viscosity of filler dispersions compared to conventional silane coupling agents, thereby greatly improving filler loading.
