JNC CORPORATION (CEO & President: Yasuyuki Gotoh, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has reorganized JNC (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. into a "management company" for the purpose of enhancing management capabilities for each of our member companies in China. We have received certification for establishing "regional headquarters of a multinational corporation (*)" from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, and will commence operation on December 1st, 2016.
JNC (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. was established in Shanghai in 2004 for business development in China, and has conducted business such as new business expansion and technology licensing support.
Henceforth, JNC (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. will serve as a management company to build a suitable group management system, enforce compliance administration and strengthen risk management, in order to further expand and reinforce business in China.
