2. Reason for Change
CEO & President Yasuyuki Gotoh and Representative Director, Senior Executive Officer Yozo Shimomura offered their resignations in order to clarify the management responsibility concerning the decrease in business performance in recent years, and we accepted their resignations. JNC will further reinforce our management organization and promote structural reform under the new organization.
