Is there an upper limit to the amount of ε-Polylysine added?

There are no standards for use in non-food applications.

What certifications does ε-Polylysine have?

As a food additive, ε-Polylysine has been certified in Japan, South Korea, China, and the United States.

Is polylysine GRAS certified by the US FDA?

Only ε-polylysine (free form) has received GRAS certification for Polylysines. α-Polylysine and ε-Polylysine hydrochloride are not GRAS-certified due to different manufacturing methods. GRAS certification requires a strict review that also covers the manufacturing method. Only Polylysine manufactured by JNC, whose safety has been confirmed through strict review, has received GRAS certification for Polylysines. Can ε-Polylysine be used as a food additive overseas? Also, please tell us about the usage situation overseas.
ε-Polylysine is available in Korea, China, and the United States, mainly for preservation purposes. The use of cosmetics and miscellaneous goods is possible in each country.
Can I get a sample and evaluate it for product development?
JNC provides samples for product development. ε-Polylysine 25% solution is available in 50 g and ε-Polylysine 50% powder in 25 g.
