Inspection method |

1. Before wiping, press the cotton swab with the squeezing part of the bottle to squeeze out excess water. 2. Wipe off with a cotton swab attached to the cap of the wiping inspection kit.  |

An example of how to wipe is introduced below. |

3. Place the wiped "MC-Media Pad" in an incubator and incubate. Dissolve the bacteria attached to the cotton swab in the diluent in the container. |

4. Add the diluent of the wiping test kit to "MC-Media Pad". |

5. Place the "MC-Media Pad" in the incubator and incubate. |

6. Judge. |
Mark colonies with magic and count the number of bacteria. ※Multiply the determined number of bacteria by 10. It is the number of bacteria per wiping area. |
