According to the Food Hygiene Code published by Japanese authority, the fallen bacteria test tests for aerobic counts and mold depending on the contaminated work area. The leaving time also depends on the contaminated work area, but it is 5 to 20 minutes. However, the longer the leaving time (30 minutes or more), the more accurate data can be obtained. |

1) Leave the cover film open for a certain period of time at the inspection site as shown in the photo below. |

2) Add 1 ml of sterile saline to the pad part of the "MC-Media Pad" that has been left unattended. |

3) Place the "MC-Media Pad" in the incubator and incubate. |
