EEM Bouillon Medium
  1. 1)For 1 liter of purified water
    →43.5g of medium is dissolved by heating (do not sterilize).

Harner Tetrathionate
  1. 1) After suspending the medium in purified water, it is heated and dissolved in a boiling water bath.
  2. 2) After cooling the medium to 45 ° C or lower, add 40 ml of iodine-potassium iodide solution (iodine 5 g, potassium iodide 8 g, purified water 40 ml) to 1 L of the medium.
  3. 3) 10 ml each in a sterile test tube while mixing the medium
For salmonella enrichment 43℃ / 18-24  hours

Lapaport Bouillon
After sufficiently suspending the medium in purified water, heat and dissolve it in a boiling water bath, and dispense 10 ml each into a test tube. Do not autoclave. For salmonella enrichment 42±1℃ / 22± 2 hours

Runback agar medium
  1. 1)Dissolve one liquid component in the specified amount of purified water.
  2. 2)Add one powder component and dissolve.
  3. 3)Warm and dissolve in a water bath and dispense into a petri dish (do not sterilize).
Selective differential isolation of Salmonella 35-37℃ / 24-48 hours

DHL agar medium
  1. 1)For 200 ml of purified water
    →Dissolve 12.7g of the medium.
  2. 2)Dispense into a petri dish (Do not sterilize).
