In rapid mode: 35 ° C, 24 hours
In normal mode: 35 ° C, 48 hours
※As a guide, the culture conditions should be 35 ° C ± 1 ° C.
Bacteria grow as red colonies. With nutrients for microorganisms and a unique redox indicator developed independently, this product can be used in both normal mode for 48 hours and rapid mode for 24 hours. It is also applicable to ISO4833 compliant usage. In addition, in the case of rapid mode, it may not be applicable to samples containing a large amount of lactic acid bacteria and low temperature bacteria, so please evaluate in advance.
