We hereby announce the decision of JNC Corporation (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Michio Morita) to transfer the "MARINE COLLAGEN OLIGO" business to our group company, NISSHO Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Takakiyo Harada).

 

JNC Group has provided a number of products in the life chemical group, such as column packing agents for chromatography, natural food preservatives, and sheet culture media for microorganism inspection, in addition to products in the performance products group such as liquid crystal materials and organic EL materials essential to an advanced information society.

 

"MARINE COLLAGEN OLIGO" is a collagen peptide of fish origin used as raw material for health food, or beverages and cosmetics. The scale of edible ocean fish is used as the raw material, and advanced purification treatment is applied to produce "MARINE COLLAGEN OLIGO" having very little odor and taste peculiar to fish.

 

The business of "MARINE COLLAGEN OLIGO," sold since 2005, will be transferred to NISSHO Co., Ltd. in order to achieve further business development by enhancing business efficiency. We will utilize the extensive network of NISSHO Co., Ltd. to continue our contribution to enriching people's lives.
